My first collection of poetry, ‘AND: All The Things I Never Said’, was written over the course of a year, helping me to process the end of the worst year of my life and beginning of the best one.
AND was the vessel to pour the nectar of my growth into, when it couldn’t be contained in any other way.
AND flowed out in waves, possessing my hand to bleeding pages and waking me up in many middles of the night.
I hope the words can wash you clean in their knowing the same way they did for me. I hope you feel them healing you on a cellular level the same way I did when they made their descent through the cosmos to the keyboard.
AND was created to be felt in your bones, and in your blood.
To bypass the parts of you that you present to the rest of the world, to get deep within the you-est you.
